Sweet (big and first!) lie: Santa Claus is coming!

baisemainlr

We always tell our kids that lying is bad, and that they should always tell us the truth, nothing but the truth. But as soon as they can understand their surroundings, we make them believe in Santa.. I must be pretty good at telling Santa’s stories, only reason why they could stand still a few minutes for a Xmas photo shoot. “Father Christmas is watching kiddos, so you have to behave ok? We’ll sent him the best picture of you two and I bet he’ll give you the nicest presents !“. I know, I know.. but worth the result, no?

Stay tuned, more pictures coming next week so you can help me in choosing the ones to print on our cards 🙂

We did not celebrate Santa in my house but looking at this I am always led to believe he is real 😉

Oh thanks 🙂 actually in our house, we celebrate the best of the Christian (the husband’s side), Catholic (living in the Philippines) and Jewish (my side)! Thanks again for your kind words 🙂

Great reflex! Love it when one thinks first about food, already tells me you are a great person 😉 there should be, yes… Although to me, as long as the chocolate is genuinely good … (Not too sweet, no gimmick like alcohol or chili, preferably dark or milk with a glimpse of salt 😉

ok, ok… first resolution of my list for 2015 😉 you are right! But Honestly, Santa is the only lie, really. The pressure is far too heavy to resist, especially in the Philippines. I can’t tell them it’s a joke 😛

Global warming will force poor Santa to come on a surfboard wearing a short and a Hawaiian shirt in a few years … 😛
