Dance !

Like no one is watching.

Because they are not.

They are checking their phones.

Wishing you all a sparkly week ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks so much ๐Ÿ™‚ This is one of the things I love to share with the kids. We turn on the music, and dance, scream, jump! We stop only when we are laughing so hard we can hardly breath ๐Ÿ™‚

Isn’t it? I was so surprised in Paris to see so few people on their phone at the restaurants. It made me realize that I had a “heavy tendency” to spent too much time on my phone too. I ‘ll post about that next week.. Till then, have a great one my dear and thanks for stopping by!

Thanks Lia ! Needless to precise, we were dancing salsa, as you can clearly guess ๐Ÿ˜‰ Definitely more inspiring than ballet ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks a lot Terri ! Great people, great place, great music, one of those days I really don’t miss the grey Paris ๐Ÿ˜‰ We are fortunate to live in a country where people love LOUD music. We go unnoticed, either people are dancing too or.. they are starring at their phone ๐Ÿ˜‰

The picture and the message carry a lot of energy, beauty, movement, and happiness! It seems that the sky and the sea follow the beat of the music, emitting thousands of small points of light. When the trio dances, it’s party! Loved the photo, dear Estelea! ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks a lot for your beautiful words my dear ๐Ÿ™‚ We are the Latinos beat of the family, they did not inherit much of the Swiss rythm of their Dad:) That’s what you get with a “stay at home” Mum! Have a lovely day

๐Ÿ˜‰ Btw, almost finished the little book. I still have 2 pages, but I just don’t want to finish it yet, so I am taking my time to digest all those little gems. I really like it, so so different than the way I was “taught” religion. This one really talks to my heart, very simple, clear, modern. Too bad it is not translated in French, would have offered it to my Mum, that’s her reading of the religion too. My grand parents were so boring with anything related to religion (well, my grand mother is a rabbi’s daughter). For a very long time, religion meant boring and outdated rules for me.

I loved the part on transmitting to our children. So true.
And obviously the one about us being mostly intellectual and good-doer. So me ๐Ÿ˜€ I know, I am oversimplifying it here, but it was good for my ego. I showed it to my husband to make him realize how fortunate he is to share his life with people from my tribe ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks again! Have a brilliant day my friend

Thanks dear ๐Ÿ™‚ Have you been to Bantayan when you were in Cebu?

        April 29, 2015

No. I was at a wedding so didn’t leave Mactan for the short time. I know there are many lovely places in that area I missed out on. Is that photo in Bantayan?

I live in London, so do not have access to the sort of beaches on which you and your Atillas are used to leaving their footprints.

Bah, at least you have better pubs and Indian restaurants! can’t have it all…(Actually yes, you can have San Miguel on the beach with fish and chips..)
