Estelea's Blog

French Mum, humanitarian, restless explorer and doer on sabbatical in Cebu (Philippines): one Attila in each arm, I am exploring the “toddlers safe” corners of the region, while trying to keep some room for Me.

Glad we went! Glad we are back!

Yes! We made it to preschool today with no cry, nah, not even a tiny tear! and I did not sneak into the classroom, nor put my ear to the door, Bravo Myself!

That’s what I got when I asked Mr Attila how it feels to sit still for a minute. The whole sequence lasted 21 sec’: a record!

Learning in progress… After all, this school thing might teach him a thing or two. Let’s give it another try tomorrow!

He looks delighted with the experience! I’m sure tomorrow he will enjoy it again!
And may learn how to convince Dad to go to Tiffany’s!

I am afraid that at this pace, he’ll be the one going there for me… It is my duty as a responsible Mother to teach him gratitude.. towards his beloved Mum ;)But hey, who knows?..
He really loved school though, and the one thing I loved about it was that he was in bed at 7! Another record 😉 XXX

Fully agree! As a good mother you have to teach him the most basic human values. Gratitude equals to diamonds.
That’s fantastic news and very fast. But thinking of it, I’m not surprised because they are kids of the world, experiencing so much diversity in different cultures, that perhaps abnormal to them is to see similar situations.
Credit to the parents for raising wonderful kids!
Bonus is there: he’s sleeping earlier! Yay xxx

As long as the gratitude is precious, can even be diamonds from the heart 😉 Have a beautiful and shiny day my dear XXX
