Yoginspiration : rolling

Flavor of the week: exploration … let’s open our heart, bend, and find a graceful balance on and off the mat 🙏🏻

I love playing around with my Yoga wheel. It is such a great props, and it makes my wholw body smile. My favorite is number 19, what a great heart opener to start the week. Number 4 is a close second. When I don’t use the wheel to work on my cores.

Which one do you like best?

Wishing you all a Rolling Week Yogapeeps !

(Credits to the great Yoga teacher @sheriesloane_yoga. Her IG account if filled with great poses to do with a wheel and icing on the cake, her explanations are incredibly pro!)

I have been doing yoga for years but have never seen a yoga wheel! What an awesome prop. I assume it is pretty flexible… I hope to try it out one day.

It’s not flexible actually. So when you backbend with it it really supports your back. And it’s not slippery, so many options to make our yoga practice creative 🙂 Too bad you are a bit far, I would have let you borrow one of mine XXX
